Ordering and Shipping

Ordering can be done by selecting the item you are interested in and clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button. If you wish to order more items then click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button. When you are ready to finalise your order click on the ‘Checkout’ button and follow the prompts.

At caroline c we have taken a lot of care to provide accurate product descriptions, prices and images. However all images are for illustration purposes only and shades and colours may vary slightly from the image shown. As our products are handmade, colour variations and slight imperfections may occur but this is a quality of the handmade nature of the actual product, each piece is hand crafted with a lot of love and care.

We reserve the right to change (including price) or update product information at any time. Items will also be removed from the shop if stock becomes unavailable.

We take every care when packing your order to protect it during transit so it arrives at your door in perfect condition. Should any item be damaged in transit then please contact us by email within 24 hours.

We will endeavour to despatch your order in 3 – 7 days, however from time to time there will be items that are out of stock due to higher than normal demand. should there be a delay with your order then we will contact you by email to advise you of this.

Prices listed do not include freight.  For WA and remote areas please allow additional time. We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order (this does not apply to all our wholesalers) and use a  combination of courier services, who will only delivery to physical street addresses not PO boxes and Australia Post, so all orders can be tracked. A signature maybe required so please try and ensure that you will be able to receive the delivery at home or at your place of work. Outback Australia and remote areas may require a custom quote and time frame.

Should you wish to have something shipped overseas please contact us by email for a quotation.

If your order is a gift and should you require Gift Wrapping please specify at the checkout.

Payment for your order can be made by Bank Transfer and Secure Credit Card via Paypal. Personal cheques are NOT accepted. Please note if paying via bank transfer, purchases will not be posted until it appears in our bank account.

All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please note caroline c does not offer exchange or return of product for change of mind so please shop mindfully, this includes pre-ordered items.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a credit.
We do not offer refunds or credits on our personalised products.
All products must be in the original condition and due to the nature of products being fragile please take extra care with packaging for the return freight as we won’t be able to accept a damaged product.
Send the item back to the below address, using your preferred shipping carrier. This is at your expense.
We recommend choosing a service that is trackable.
Once we have received your return, we will process your credit note.
Your credit note will be valid for 6 months from date of issue.
