Shipping is free Australia wide for orders over the value of $150.00 (this isn't valid for wholesale orders) International orders will need to contact us for a quote. All orders Australia wide are delivered via a courier and will be sent to a street address, we don't ship to PO Boxes.
I thought I was purchasing the exact bowl pictured and instead they mistakenly put my name in the center of the jewelry bowl meant for my wife. And it arrived after Xmas after spending $40 for shipping. I hope this can be made right.
I'm sorry Matthew but when you placed your order you had filled out your name in the box where the customer is to write what they would like personalised in our bowls. Hence you received your order with your name in it.
As far as you not receiving it before Christmas that is because we received your order on 06/12/23. We need to hand make your bowl which requires 2 firings in our kiln.
We are in Australia and you are in USA so postage can always take longer than normal at that time.
We are sorry for your disappointment as we are so proud of our work and absolutely love making these special custom bowls but I feel we really needed to explain the situation for our customers that are going to read your 1 star review of our small business.
