I bought these for a friend overseas and couldn’t get them in time for my travel. Caroline double checked all the details of precisely what I wanted. She advised me on colours and details which was super helpful. She also went to a lot of trouble to contact me which is such reassuring customer service. During this we realised I wouldn’t receive them in time ( my fault as I didn’t allow enough lead in time. They are beautifully hand made remember). Caroline was amazing and liaised with me regarding address and actually posted them overseas for me while I was away. What an absolute Superstar!
